DescriptionHelps girls with strategies to overcome social, intellectual, and economic challenges while helping girls with confidence, self-esteem and tools to access a bright and economically independent future 
 
Curriculum developed specifically to meet the needs of girls * programs are delivered by professionally trained facilitators, with measurable objectives and outcomes * programs delivered through weekly workshops, summer camps, PA Day programs * March Break camps, after-school drop programs, and in-school classes
Special DescriptionVolunteers are required to fill a variety of volunteer positions including Board of Directors, Fund Development and Communication Committee, Advocacy Committee, Finance Committee and Board Development Committee. Program volunteers are also needed as program assistance, drivers, as well opportunities are available to become trained facilitators of the Girls Inc. Identity programs.  
 
Volunteers are required to submit a completed application form, as well as participate in an in-office interview, provide a police check and attend an initial Girls Inc. 101 Information Session and on-going training opportunities as provided. All applicants will be screened by the Volunteer Coordinator.
